Applications are invited in the prescribed proforma from the candidates fulfilling the following conditions for engagement of 50 numbers of Act. Apprentices for imparting training as per the existing rules in following designated trade under the Apprentices Act. 1961.

Age Limit:
The age of UR candidates should not be less than 15 yrs and more then 24 yrs.
The age of OBC candidates should not be less than 15 yrs and more then 27 yrs.
The age of SC&ST candidates should not be less than 15 yrs and more then 29 yrs.
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
Candidate must have passed Matriculation 10th class (10+2 system)or equal recognized examination from reconized Board/University with no less than 50% marks and must have ITI degree (NCVT) in the trades notified for the purpose. Candidates without ITI degree in the trades need not apply. No extra weightage will be ranted to the candidates having higher qualification.
Fees:
UR & OBC candidates are required to attach Indian Postal Order of Rs. 40/- payable in favour of FA & CAO, East central Railway, Hajipur,payable at Patna as processing fees. SC/ST/PH/EX-serviceman candidates are exempted from payment of fees.
Period training:one yr for all trades.
Note:
It is certified that appointment will not be given by the Railway administration nor Railway administration is obliged to given appointment to the admitted candidates after completion of training. This training is being given under statutory obligation under. Apprentice Act. 1961. After training the trained apprentices will be discharged and Railway administration will give no appointment. They can not file case in the Court claiming appointment in the Railway.
